1. How does personalization work?
Each product can be customized with your photo, name, date, or QR code. Simply upload your files in the personalization section of the product page and follow the instructions.
2. How do I use the QR code messages?
1.Visit our Messages Page.
2.Read the available messages and choose your favorite.
3.Click Download QR to save the PNG.
4.Upload the downloaded QR code during product personalization.
3. Can I create multiple QR messages for one product?
Yes! You can upload multiple QR codes in the personalization section if your product supports it (like a collage or multiple prints). Please ensure the QR code fits in the design area.
4. How long will it take to make my personalized product?
Each product is made after we receive your files, so processing takes 2–4 business days. After that, shipping time applies.
5. What if my QR code doesn’t work?
We test all QR code designs before sending. If your QR code is not scanning correctly, contact us immediately and we will create a corrected version for you.
6. What are the shipping times?
Local shipping: 3–7 business days
International shipping: 7–15 business days
Shipping times may vary based on your location and carrier delays.
7. Can I change or cancel my order?
Once your personalized product is submitted, we cannot change or cancel it because it is custom-made. Please double-check your uploads and selections before checkout.
8. What is your return/refund policy?
Personalized products cannot be returned unless there is a manufacturing defect or damage during shipping.
For issues, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos and order details.
9. Do I need an account to order?
No, you can checkout as a guest. However, creating an account allows you to track orders easily and save your preferences for future gifts.
